  • Account Information: Social login ID (e.g., Google, Clerk).
  • Job Posting Data: URLs and AI analyses (stored for user access).
  • Logs & Analytics: Railway, Clerk, Posthog.
  • Payment Data: Processed by Polar.sh; Skipply never stores full payment details.
  • Cookies: For authentication and analytics.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (e.g., resumes, SSNs).

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide and improve Skipply.
  • Process payments (via Polar.sh).
  • Monitor errors and performance (via Sentry).
  • Generate AI insights (via Gemini, Google).

4. Sharing of Information

We may share limited data with:

  • Polar.sh (payments)
  • Clerk (authentication)

We do not sell your data.

We keep job posting data until account deletion or user request. Logs may be retained longer for compliance/security.

  • EU/UK: GDPR rights (portability, objection).
  • California: CCPA rights (opt-out of sale, though Skipply does not sell data).

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.

8. International Transfers

Data may be processed outside your country, including in the US and EU.

9. Children’s Privacy

Skipply is not for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Significant changes will be posted on our site.
